The diversity of the variable sections of heavy (VH) and light chains (VL) that dictate the antigen specificity of antibodies has been studied using high-throughput single-cell sequencing for VH and VL. The creation of neutralizing antibodies, or NeutAbs, appears to be a quick and efficient way to stop the entry, fusion, or outflow of viruses. We have created integrated single-cell omics solutions to obtain the VH and VL sequences for antibodies from individual B cells and find precise VH and VL pairing to speed up neutralizing antibody development processes. Our efforts are enabled by our unparalleled knowledge and advancements in single-cell techniques. Furthermore, single-cell solutions can further the search for vaccines and therapeutic targets.
