Waking up to wet sheets is stressful for everyone. At TrustyCare, we make disposable underpads that protect beds, chairs, and sofas from leaks. They are soft, easy to change, and made for home care, recovery, and everyday use in Singapore.

What Are Underpads?

Underpads are disposable pads placed on beds, chairs, or sofas to catch leaks and protect the surface. You do not wear them. They have a soft, absorbent top layer and a waterproof backing, so moisture stays off your mattress.

Our underpads also have a non-slip base that keeps them in place through the night.

Who Needs Bed Underpads?

Bed underpads help anyone who needs extra protection at night. This includes adults managing incontinence, bedridden or low-mobility people, and those recovering after surgery or childbirth. They also suit bedwetting, heavy flow nights, and pet owners who want to keep fur and dirt off the bed.

How Do Underpads Protect Your Bed?

Each pad works in three simple ways. It soaks up moisture fast, blocks it with a waterproof backing, and stays put on the mattress.

• A soft surface that feels gentle on the skin, even overnight
• A waterproof backing that stops leaks from reaching the mattress
• A non-slip base that avoids bunching or sliding
• A quiet feel, without crinkly noise

Dry skin also helps reduce soreness and irritation. That makes a real difference for people who face leaks every night.

Where Else Can You Use Them?

Underpads work well beyond the bed. Place one on a sofa, a chair, a wheelchair seat, or a car seat whenever you need extra protection. Many caregivers also pair them with diapers for added peace of mind at night.

Which Size Should You Choose?

Measure the surface you want to protect, then pick a size that covers it without gaps. A pad that is too small leaves room for leaks.

• Medium: 60cm x 60cm, 60gsm, with 60 pieces per polybag
• Large: 60cm x 90cm, 80gsm, with 40 pieces per polybag

How Do You Change a Disposable Underpad?

Remove the used pad and dispose of it properly. Then place a fresh one in position before sleep. There is no washing, so laundry stays light. Change pads regularly, so skin does not stay in contact with moisture for long.
